Assignment Description:
We are looking for an experienced Requirements and Control Engineer to join our team
What you will work on:
- Act as part of the Requirement Team with a focus on Requirement and Controls.
- Handle requirements for the development of the future Corporate Information Landscape (SCIL), which includes Solution Patterns for various areas such as Management Systems, Foundation Data, Identity Access Management, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Agile).
- Engage with teams, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
- Develop the Way of Working and implement changes in requirements.
- Enjoy collaborative work and have the ability to understand complex requirements.
- Thrive in uncertain situations and are eager to explore new territories.
- Experience in working with Design Architects, System Engineering, Configuration manager, and other team members.
- Exhibit strong communication and planning skills, capable of leading others when needed.
- Responsible, committed to fulfilling commitments, and capable of effectively addressing problems.
What you bring:
- High collaboration skills.
- Comfortable in ambiguous situations and enjoy pushing boundaries.
- Interest in establishing ways of working and shaping Saab’s future Information Landscape.
- Experience in translating requirements and controls into functioning processes, technical solutions, and conducting people training.
- Familiarity with Agile way of working
- Desired skills in cyber security.
- Experience with regulatory requirements such as NIST SP 800-171, SP 800-53, and preferably ISO 27001.
- Knowledge of handling CMMC and NIST.
- Experience in working with customer organizations is a plus.
- Knowledge of the following tools or similar:Jazz Doors NG, Sparx Enterprise Architect/Archimate
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 30,000.00kr - 60,000.00kr per month
