ERBA Budtenders are responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience for all of our patients. Budtenders are expected to comply with all ERBA policies, COVID-19 safety precautions, and all California compliance regulations.

Essential Functions
- Guiding patients on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis.
- Keeping up to date on new cannabis products on the market as well as the latest industry trends.
- Educating patients on the safe use of their selected cannabis products.
- Accurately use and maintain the Point Of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash and process card transactions.
- Ensure the sales floor is properly stocked and the presence of the store is well maintained.
- Between helping patients, assist with labeling, and any other side task needed at ERBA.
Basic Qualifications
- Must be 21+ (Required for consideration)
- Must be fully, or in the process of becoming fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (Required for consideration)
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience.
- Knowledge of cannabis strains and products.
- Knowledge of basic computer skills.
- Great attitude and strong work ethic.
- Understanding of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry.
