Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manages assigned tasks in own responsibility
- Establishes and oversees project plans with detailed timelines by working with cross functional teams, defining roles and responsibilities, setting deliverables and managing activities from initiation to completion.
- Evaluates project performance and recommends refinements and improvements of all components of projects.
- Responsible for organizing various events (example offsite meetings, national congresses as well as small scale events)
- Takes care of purchase orders in SAP requested by marketing team alongside with in-place documentation of these
- Provides regular updates and communicates back to internal groups with the expectations set forth for each group i.e. clear details, critical timeframes, deliverables and expectations.
- Supports marketing team on an operational and business level whenever needed.

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 39.625 /year (on a full time basis). We also offer a potential market oriented excess payment in line with your experience and qualifications. We are open for part-time and job sharing models and support flexible and remote working where possible.

Essential:
- Well-organized, excellent time management with respect to priorities and self-management.
- Strong prioritization skills.
- Commercial training or equivalent (e.g., other vocational qualification). Successful experience within project coordination activities and/or administrative expert
- Strong interpersonal skills and advanced team player with demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships.
- Ability to work in a team environment, meet timelines and work independently.
- Experience in creating presentations and knowledge Excel and of SharePoint and willing to learn new applications if necessary. Very good written and spoken German and English knowledge
