Looking for Real Estate Secretary
- Has an experience in customer service / customer care
- Has an experience in cold calls
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the business, such as scheduling appointments with clients, answering phone calls and emails, and filing paperwork
- Scheduling meetings with clients and other parties involved in real estate transactions
- Coordinating with other members of the team to complete tasks such as preparing contracts or sending notices to tenants
- Providing support to brokers and other agents with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, and taking notes during meetings
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, filing documents, maintaining databases, and providing general office support
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors and landlords, including communicating with tenants to schedule appointments and ensure timely completion of work
- Managing listings of properties for sale or rent, including uploading photos, creating brochures, and sending out marketing materials
- Keeping abreast of local real estate laws and regulations, government regulations that affect real estate, and market conditions to help identify potential investment opportunities
- Drafting letters and notices to clients, colleagues, vendors, or other parties involved in real estate transaction

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- 3 years (Preferred)
