- Position Title: IT Support Engineer/ IT Engineer
- Working Location: Tuas (Transport provided from Boon Lay MRT)
- Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon to Fri, 8.30 am – 5 pm; Alternate Sat 8.30 am – 1 pm)
- Salary: Up to $4,200 + AWS + Mobile Allowance + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for user's desktops, laptops, System/OA software, NAS, printers/MFP, backup facility and other related IT equipment
- Perform troubleshooting of computer network issues in Windows domain environment (TCP/IP, Active Directory, Wireless AP, Firewall, Router, Switch)
- Corporate Email setup and administration (Exchange Server, Outlook, Mobile Activesync)
- Hardware/Software inventory documentation
- Perform project management tasks
- Study, recommend and introduce IT initiatives to improve IT operations

- At least a Diploma in IT, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of related working experience in end-user support (hardware & software) environment.
- If applicant possesses programming knowledge/experience, opportunity will be given to develop in-house software system.
- If applicant possesses system design and analysis knowledge/experience, opportunity will be given to assist in the analysis/design of in-house depot automation system.
