We are looking for the right person to join our team selling our services. The position is responsible for selling marketing and advertising solutions to Real Estate, customer service of accounts, new business development, maintaining minimum activity levels, and achieving revenue goals.
Job Description
- Generating new sales leads in the market
- Seeking out long lasting customer relationships
- Keep updated with new challenges and campaigns in real estate fields
- New business development, in-field, in person sales calls
- Evaluate prospective client needs, establish solutions, build long-lasting relationships
- Manage entire sales process content.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Weekly sales reporting
- Follow-up and customer service to existing clients
Skills
- REAL-ESTATE EXPERIENCE ONLY.
- Good English.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good use of Microsoft Office and google services.
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Detail oriented
- High energy, in-market prospector
- Consultative solutions seller
- Enthusiasm, dedicated and self-motivated
- Basic understanding of traditional and digital marketing is a huge plus
- Valid driver’s license
