HR Assistant [Malaysia]


 

Jobs Description

  • Responsible and assist in foreign worker, including permit and passport renewal, cancellation, FOMEMA, etc.
  • To monitor and renew CIDB green card of employees.
  • To ensure foreign workers database is properly updated.
  • Attending to government authorities on submission and renewal.
  • Liase with government agencies (immigration,JTK , ETC)
  • Provide administration support to the day-to-day operations of the HR department.

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 years of Human Resource experience
  • Proficient in: English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
  • Candidate possess experience dealing with immigration will be better advantage
  • Good in Interpersonal skill, communication skill, problem solving.
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
