基本的职责和责任
- 具有问题识别能力，负责Rship车的入库前外观检查，功能简单测试能发现潜在问题。
- 负责成品入库、出库，根据市场、发货时间等信息况合理规划库位方便先进先出，将成品开进指定库位并记录台账，更新pes系统库位信息（25-30条/天）。
- 随时掌握库存状态，保证成品及时供应，充分发挥工作效率。
- 根据外库倒库计划，进行成品出库，装车，卸车入库等工作。
- 工作认真负责头脑灵活，经培训后掌握在一台运输车上对着装2台660的特殊技能，提高运输车辆利用率。
- 熟悉相应产品的品种、规格、型号及性能，定期进行成品盘点，做到账实相符。
- 负责按计划定期对库存成品进行30天保养问题及时处理（BOOM 14项，scissor 14项），确保成品处于质量良好状态。
- BOOM发货前准备，洗车、擦车、发货前PDI、补漆准备好后入室内库等待发货。
- 做好外库的安全管理工作，检查库房的防火、防盗设施，及时堵塞漏洞。
- 完成主管安排的其他相关工作。
