Our organization in Budapest is growing fast, and we're always looking for talented professionals to join our Customer Invoice to Cash service line.

In People Services team we offer efficient, effective and user-centric operational solutions for employees, managers and HR.
We simplify, harmonize, and automate HR processes in line with constantly developing our core model. We aim for excellence and strive to provide best-in-class solutions and technology that enhance the employee experience. Our team has a strong focus on continuous improvement projects leveraging lean and agile methodologies.
With a strong focus on employee experience, we support ~90,000 employees and our teams are based in three Global Hub locations (Bogota/Columbia, Budapest/Hungary & Kuala Lumpur/Malaysia.)
We handle all activities and digital technologies supporting people daily or at key moments in their Sanofi careers, such as:
  • Employee Life Cycle (from hire & onboarding to offboarding)
  • Payroll
  • Time and attendance
  • Learning
Main responsibilities:

About you
Experience:
  • First hands on experience in a HR role preferably in an international multicultural environment (advantageous)
Soft skills:
  • Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner (essential)
  • Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with People Services front line teams with an end to end mindset (essential)
  • Good communication skills (advantageous)
  • Attentive to customer needs and feedback (advantageous)
  • Organized and structured to execute tasks as per deadlines (essential)
  • Attentive to detail and works with precision (advantageous)
  • Action oriented, delivery driven, change agent (advantageous)
Technical skills:
  • Computer literate and familiar with HR / Human Capital Management related tools & systems as e.g. Workday (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office with advance level proficiency in Excel (essential)
Education : Graduate or Masters’ degree with HR or Business Administration
Languages : English
