The Research and Communications Team provides valuable support to every business unit in the company, particularly in the conduct of research, preparation of materials and project management. The team is assigned to work in different projects/activities ranging in marketing & business development, risk management, profiling, investigations, audits, etc.

Main Responsibilities
- Perform research work using different methodologies, i.e., online search, interviews, field observations, documents review, records retrieval, etc;
- Prepare documentary outputs such as information mapping, proposals, reports, manuals and guides, technical articles, and presentations in various formats, as well as other technical documentation;
- As an integral part of a cross-functional team, this person must learn all service and technical requirements by hands-on experience;
- Processes and integrates data from other project team members
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Research, Journalism, Social Sciences, or other related studies
- Outstanding research skills, keen attention to details, with very good problem-solving skills and strong commitment to quality
- Demonstrated ability to write in English confidently and comfortably, in various formats and styles for various audience, and within a required time frame
- Willing to handle both the interesting and mundane/administrative aspects of the job
- Advanced computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation, background and knowledge in publishing an advantage;
- High level of personal integrity and professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
