ATC Research is the leading data partner for the entitlement process. We help brokers, land use attorneys, developers, consultants, architects, and engineers navigate the discretionary land use approval process by consolidating all relevant information on comparable assets in one place.
Industry: Data company working in Real Estate. Selling Entitlement Data
Key Responsibilities:
- Hubspot CRM management
- Sourcing lead contact information,
- Document scanning scrubbing,
- Cold outreach email sequencing
Key Requirements:

- Strong organizational and process management skills

- HubSpot knowledge
- Excel knowledge

Immediate Tasks when hired:
- Fully fill out and manage deals on HubSpot
- Research work
- Get projects in Hubspot into a sequence
- Manage and observe ATC dashboard
- Will be dealing with Case #s
- Data work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php65,000.00 - Php67,000.00 per month
