HR ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS:

  • College Graduate / Bachelor's degree in human resources or any business related course
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to accurately follow instructions

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • responsible for the daily administrative and HR duties of an organization
  • assist with recruitment and record maintenance for payroll processing as well as provide clerical support to all employees
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff
  • Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
  • Coordinates with both members and clients
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: From Php570.00 per day

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
