The HR Admin must have some experience and broad knowledge in HR. As well as be familiar with the company's procedures and policies and have sound labor law knowledge. The HR Admin should also have excellent administrative skills and easily communicate with staff at all levels. The HR Admin should be observant and proactive and work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR operations. In addition, should be capable of supporting in planning HR projects and initiatives. Ultimately, able to contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results of the HR department and the organization.
This will be a fixed term contract for one year.

What will be my responsibilities in this role?
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and help to employees on all levels.
- Assist in HR government portals.
- Perform orientations and HR presentations.
- Assist in the new starters and leavers processes.
- Prepare/update reports, forms, letters, graphs as required.
- Support staff on HR policies, practices, procedures, and labor law.
- Support in planning HR projects and initiatives.
- Produce and submit reports on general/training HR activities.
- Track Region’s training performance.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Assist in in-house events (e.g. workshops, away days) as required.
- Assist as required in the medical Insurance renewal process in collaboration with the broader HR team.
- Keep all HR files and records up to date and secure, dealing with confidential material with integrity and tact.
- Assist in promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization.
- Ensure the HR function and service are continuously improving and developing.
- Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits, finance etc.).
- Undertake any other duties as and when required by HR Manager as commensurate with grade and experience.
What do I need to be considered for this role?
- Bachelor’s in Human Resources Degree or equivalent degree
- Minimum 1 year experience in Similar Role
