My Virtual Mate is a registered Australian company that helps businesses with business process outsourcing. Our mission is to make a positive change in our partners’ business, which ultimately helps them gain more profits, and grow their business with truly talented staff.
The client has years of successful brand building, working with global and personal brands. A multi award-winning business Speaker and Author who works daily with leaders, speakers and entrepreneurs on video confidence, brand ideas, visual assets, styling and develops unique brand strategies from the client's corporate marketing and training background.
Job Role
Perform and maintain general data entry
Calendar Management
Email Management
Work with general administrative tasks
Drafting and sending emails
Manage CRM
LinkedIn Outreach
Basic designing of graphics (Banners etc.)
Ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
Solid experience as an Admin Assistant, Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
Experienced and knowledgeable in Zoho and Asana
Experienced in LinkedIn Outreach
Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
Can work with minimal supervision
Must have great attention to detail and organized
Proactive and has Can-Do Attitude
People person and optimistic
Can start as soon as possible

Current Setup: The client helped numerous business Leaders, Speakers, Coaches Entrepreneurs and Celebrities with their business brand get their competitive edge, connect to a wider audience and attract their dream clients to increase their revenue.
Current Challenges: The client needs someone who can help her in admin tasks, data entry and LinkedIn outreach
Tools/CRM: Zoho, Asana, Wordpress, Linkedin
Work From Home Requirements
At least 10mbps internet connection
Back up internet connection, postpaid or prepaid
Laptop or Desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher)

Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring
No background noise during work hours
